Our prior work experience includes that of Goverment (DHS) Trial Attorney and as Legal Advisor to the U.S. Immigration Court in Cleveland, Ohio. Our background provides us with a unique perspective and insight into removal defense. Our familiarity with the immigration laws further allows us to assist clients in many other types of immigration cases, such as affirmative asylum applications, DACA, family-based immigration petitions, and naturalization applications.
